At Siddesh, we believe in results. To ensure fairness and discipline, our “Pass Guarantee or Full Fee Refund” is governed by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Admission & Fee Payment
1.1 The student must complete the admission process formally by submitting all required documents (ID proof, university details, contact details, parent/guardian details). 1.2 The entire course fee must be paid in full within 15 days of the course commencement date. 1.3 Students who opt for installment-based payments, delayed payments, or fail to clear dues within the stipulated time will not be eligible for the guarantee.
2. Attendance & Discipline
2.1 A minimum of 95% attendance across all classes, labs, workshops, and assessments is mandatory. 2.2 Attendance will be calculated based on biometric/registered presence in class. 2.3 Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during teaching sessions. 2.4 Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior towards faculty, peers, and institute property. Any misconduct may result in immediate disqualification from the guarantee.
3. Academic Commitments
3.1 Assignments
3.1.1 Students must complete and submit 100% of assignments provided by Siddesh.
3.1.2 Assignments must be submitted within the specified deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
3.2 Internal Tests
3.2.1 Students must appear for all 12 internal tests conducted by Siddesh.
3.2.2 A minimum of 60% score in each internal test is required to qualify for the guarantee.
3.3 Projects
3.3.1 A minimum of 10 mini-projects must be completed and presented.
3.3.2 The Final Project must be completed, submitted, and evaluated positively by the faculty panel.
3.4 Examinations
3.4.1 Students must appear for the University-level Examination in the respective subject (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.).
3.4.2 Students must appear for the Final Practical Exam conducted internally by Siddesh.
4. Performance Criteria for Refund
4.1 A student who meets all the above requirements but fails in the University-level Examination or Final Practical Exam will be eligible for a full refund. 4.2 Failure due to non-academic reasons (absenteeism, misconduct, malpractice, or lack of seriousness) will not be covered. 4.3 The decision of the Siddesh Academic Re1view Committee will be final in all cases.
5. Non-Eligibility Conditions
The guarantee will not apply if:
5.1 Attendance is below 95%.
5.2 Fees are not paid within the stipulated 15-day period.
5.3 Assignments, tests, or projects are left incomplete or not submitted on time.
5.4 The student is found using a mobile phone during teaching or disturbing the class.
5.5 Misbehavior, cheating, or academic dishonesty is identified.
5.6 The student voluntarily drops out of the course midway.
5.7 The student fails to appear for the university exam or Siddesh’s final practical exam.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Eligible students must submit a formal refund application within 15 days of the official university result declaration. 6.2 Applications must include:
6.2.1 University mark sheet showing failure in the coding subject.
6.2.2 Attendance and test records from Siddesh.
6.2.3 Assignment and project submission reports.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 working days to the registered bank account of the student/parent after verification. 6.4 Once a refund is processed, the student will no longer be eligible for continued access to Siddesh’s academic resources, labs, or placement assistance.
7. Institute Rights
7.1 Siddesh reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue this guarantee scheme at any time without prior notice, applicable only to new admissions thereafter. 7.2 The decision of Siddesh Academic Review Committee shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.
8. Acknowledgement by Student
By enrolling in Siddesh Coding Courses under this scheme, the student confirms that they:
8.1 Have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Accept that this guarantee is conditional and subject to strict compliance.
8.3 Acknowledge that the guarantee is designed to promote serious learning and commitment, not to encourage negligence.
